Grape seed extract is a natural substance, which is one of the most effective plant-derived antioxidants found so far. Experiments show that its antioxidant effect is 30 to 50 times that of vitamin C and vitamin E.[1]

Proanthocyanidins have strong activity, which can inhibit carcinogens in cigarettes. The ability to capture free radicals in water phase is 2-7 times that of general antioxidants, and the activity of proanthocyanidins is more than two times higher than that of α-tocopherol.
